Registration procedure
1. Bank transfer
We accept bank transfer only. Payment in cash or by credit card is not possible.
The bank account data can be found on the Registration Form.
Bank transfers must be for the total amount due in EUR. Please make sure that
all bank charges are paid for before your payment reaches us. Thank you.
2. Western Union transfer: Delegates from the USA and Canada only
Delegates from the USA and Canada can also choose a Western Union transfer,
which is cheaper than a normal bank transfer / wire. This option is not available
for delegates from other countries. You can pay in USD or CAD.

If you choose this option, please fill in, sign, scan and send us the
Registration Form immediately after transferring the USD/CAD equivalent of
the given amount. In addition, at the same time please e-mail us the copy of
your Western Union receipt and tracking number (MTCN). When making your
transfer, please use the name Dr. Tamás Eitler, and specify the address as
Budapest. No further information is necessary.
Registration fees
The registration fee includes coffee and refreshment breaks on each day
of the conference, the conference pack including the e-abstract book
and some other useful conference gadgets.

Registration terms
By signing and sending the Registration Form, delegates agree to the following terms:
• Registration will not be considered valid until the Organising Committee has received by
e-mail a copy of the bank transfer together with your signed Registration Form.
• All payments must be made in EUR and must be free of bank handling charges.
• In case of registration cancellation made by 15 May 2014, the total paid amount
minus 45 EUR (for processing charges and administrative costs) will be paid back.
• In case of registration cancellation made after 15 May 2014, there will be no refund.
• Registration is binding. Only cancellations received in writing in advance
will be considered. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.
• In case of Force majeure, Act of God or any unforeseen event or any event that renders the performance of this conference inadvisable, CADAAD 2014 Organising Committee will not be held responsible for not being able to provide full refund, and it will not accept liability for any losses incurred in the event of cancellation or postponement. In the event the conference is cancelled, no refunds will be issued. All available funds, after cancellation expenses,
will be credited towards a future conference held by the hosting organisation.
• All conference participants should be aware that neither ELTE nor CADAAD have or will accept any liability whatsoever for any damage or injury to visitors, to the university or to property, however such damage or injury may be caused. Delegates are expected to be fully insured by their own institutions or through their personal insurance for personal health, accident/property coverage (also against claims made by third parties) during their participation in the Conference.
