1. Registration

Does the registration fee include any insurance policy?

Insurances need to be arranged individually.

I would like to cancel my registration. What are my options?

If you notify us about your wish to cancel your registration in writing and in advance before
15 May 2014, we will give you a full refund minus charges for administration and transaction costs (45 EUR). If you notify us after 16 May 2014, your cancellation will be accepted but
no refunds will be given.

2. Payment

What does the registration fee include?

The registration fee includes (1) coffee and refreshment breaks on each day of the conference, (2) the conference pack, (3) the e-abstract book, (4) the programme book
and (5) some other useful conference gadgets.

What additional fees do I need to consider?

There are no additonal fees.

I would like an invoice for the payment.
How can I request one and what details do I need to provide?


Print invoices and certificates of attendence will be issued upon your arrival. If not instructed otherwise, we are going to use the details you supply on the Registration Form.

3. Presentation and Conference Schedule

How much time do I have to give my presentation?

The 30-minute presentation slots are structured as follows. Participants have 20 minutes to give their presentation. The next 5 minutes is reserved for questions. Those who are interested in other sessions have the remaining 5 minutes to move between rooms.

Before my presentation will I have time to put my ppt onto the computer from
my pendrive/USB stick?


Yes. Please make sure that you upload your ppt from your pendrive in the coffee break directly before your session. We ask you to find your room and arrive during the break
10 minutes before your own session starts, irrespective of whether your presentation slot is the last one within that session.

Do I have to stay in the same session?

After listening to the 20 minute-long presentation and 5 minutes for questions
